Health Matters Studio began in 2020 during one of the most challenging periods of my life.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, I was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis, a rare blood cancer. Like many people facing uncertainty, I found myself searching for something positive to focus on. Watching creative projects online quickly became an escape from hospital appointments, endless questions and the unknown.

Seeing how much those creative ideas inspired me, my husband Gregers surprised me with my very first Cricut.

​

That single gift became much more than a crafting machine.

Creating gave me somewhere to focus my energy, rediscover my creativity and find moments of happiness when I needed them most.

Creativity had always been part of my life. From arts and crafts with my children to learning new skills such as sublimation, embroidery and laser engraving, my passion continued to grow. What began as a personal hobby gradually became a studio dedicated to creating beautiful personalised gifts, home décor and professional branding for others.
