The Story Behind Health Matters Studio
How It All Began
In 2020, my life changed forever when I was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis, a rare blood cancer. Receiving that news during the COVID lockdown left me searching for something positive to focus on. I found myself watching Cricut videos online for hours, inspired by the creativity and possibilities they offered. Seeing how much joy it brought me, my husband Gregers surprised me with my very first Cricut machine. I had no idea at the time that one thoughtful gift would become the beginning of Health Matters Studio.
Creativity Became My Escape
Creativity has always been part of who I am. When my children were young, Fridays were our arts and crafts days at home, and Tuesdays were spent creating together at our local church. Those memories reminded me that making something with your hands can bring calm, happiness and purpose. During one of the most difficult periods of my life, creating became my escape, helping me focus on what I could make rather than what I was going through.
From Hobby to Studio
What started as a hobby soon grew into a passion for learning new skills. I expanded into sublimation printing, embroidery, laser engraving and continually invested in new equipment to bring more ideas to life. Friends and local businesses began asking me to design workwear, business stationery and personalised gifts, and before long Health Matters Studio was born. Today, every order is still approached with the same excitement as my very first project, creating unique pieces that are designed especially for the person receiving them.

Designing
Every project starts with a conversation and an idea. Whether I'm creating a personalised gift, home décor or business branding, each design is carefully planned using professional software before a single material is cut.
Creating
Using equipment including Cricut machines, embroidery equipment, laser engraving technology and my growing collection of specialist tools, each design is carefully produced using quality materials and precision techniques.
Finishing
Every item is individually checked, assembled and finished by hand. From applying the final details to quality checking every product, I take pride in ensuring each order leaves the studio exactly as I would want to receive it myself.
Delivered with Care
Before leaving the studio, every order is carefully packaged to protect it during its journey. Whether it's a personalised keepsake, a business branding order or a special gift, I want opening the parcel to feel just as special as the product inside.
